Hello, hello, Queens. We are in season two of manifesting in real estate podcast. It has been a full year since I've had this podcast. And I just want to say thank you, like thank you so much for everyone that listens to this that has commented that has left a review, like I am so grateful for you. And like you the one that listens, you get me and you are my people. And I'm so grateful to have this space to come and share all of these things with you. And I will continue to do so as long as it brings me joy and it brings you value because that is what is so important to me. I have two really big, really exciting announcements for you. In honor of the consistent closings workshop, I wanted to keep on that theme of consistent $25,000 months, why $25,000 months. For me, I feel like $25,000 months is where it starts to feel like big money. Like okay, I am on a new level of wealth a new like financial status, my bank account is starting to grow without having to work out budgeting or saving. And I know of course, this is all going to change based off of like where you live and what your average sales price is and what your cost of living is. But I feel like in pretty much most areas that $25,000 mark starts to feel really big, really exciting. It's like the 10k months like those consistent 10k months once you start hitting that it's exciting, like especially if it's your first time reaching that type of income. It's awesome. Like you're reaching your first six figure year, and you start to see what's possible for you start to get that momentum, you started to see the potential of income that you can make in the real estate world. And depending on how you grew up and your family and your society, you have this certain number where it feels like whoa, this is big, and I'm doing something bigger than I ever thought possible. For me and I know for a lot of my coaching students, that 25k that consistent 25k A month especially is that number where it's the very First time you reach this threshold of where your financial thermostat starts to go off, like, Whoa, this is way more money than we thought possible. And it starts to either slow down, you know, you're like, Whoa, okay, this is a lot. And maybe you dip back down, because it seems like it's a little scary. It's that threshold, that financial thermostat that you're reaching. And so you need to expand that number. And at the same time, you start to see what is possible for you, you start to see your business growing more, you start to see the possibilities. And when you start hitting those big income months, your beliefs are going to start showing up right in your face, like you are going to hit these walls of these limiting beliefs, that you can either choose to stay at whatever level that feels more comfortable. Or you can choose to break paths that you can choose to change those beliefs, and choose beliefs that are going to support you. So if you have the big months, if you have the 25k months, you have the 50k months, but then you notice the months around that are either really low, or they're at like zero, no closings. recognize those patterns as what you feel as possible for you. It's going to be totally subconscious until you bring it to your awareness until you make it conscious. Recognize where that threshold is for you. Like, what's the number where you see it, you got it, and you're like, Okay, now I'm good, and you're just totally relaxed, totally stop doing what needs to be done, whether that's the energy piece, the manifesting piece, or the strategy piece of what physically needs to get done. Ask yourself what is holding me back, like, every time I reach this certain number, and then I dip way down? What is happening, like what's happening my subconscious, what am I believing? And then what do I need to believe to get beyond that? Who do I need to become, to reach the 25k months to reach the 25k weeks, 25k days, I mean, collapsing time, so that this type of money, no longer is on a pedestal for you. But it becomes a part of your nature, like it is just so easy and effortless and obvious for you to have this type of income for my agents that I see hit this, you know, 25k 50k months, regularly, but they have hit a plateau. It's because they still have that belief that the harder they work, the more money they make. So they feel like they can't go past that plateau. Because if they want to scale their business, if they want to grow their business, if they want to grow their income, that they have to work harder, and if they're already working so hard if they're already working 24/7, you know, like, what else can they put on their plate, it's a lot of stuff. And that is where we do the shift work. That's where we do the belief work. And it makes such a difference between you and your money between how you work, how you receive money, how you spend money, how you make money, how you grow your money, this plateau that I see a lot of agents have, sometimes is disguised as a choice that they're making. And this is why having a coach is so important because as their coach, I can see that it is not a choice they're making it is a choice that their subconscious mind that their beliefs have made for them, they start to think, well, I have enough money, like I have all that I need. And I don't mean that much more. And I'm doing just enough. And it starts to be this like just enough. I'm content mentality. And this is why it's tricky, because we want to feel content, like yes, it's amazing. If you are content and just grateful for what you have. And you should always have that. And knowing that growth is possible for you and that your growth, your wealth building is going to completely change not just your life, but it changes the life of your community. It changes the life of your family, it changes your legacy. And this is a big and when you learn about money and you understand building wealth, it will completely shift your experience of everything that you do. And understanding. It's not just what you do. And it's not about what you have. It is about who you are and who you are becoming. So often we get so wrapped up in all of the things that have to be done the things that we have to do do the activities, the strategy, things that need to be done in order to be the agent that makes 25k consistent months to make 300,000 a year, 500,000 a year, a million dollars a year. And the things that you have to do the activities, the strategy, all of that will get you so far, until you come face to face of who you are, your beliefs, your energy, it's all about being the next time you think about, okay, this is my goal, and you start to write down what are the things I have to do to hit that goal? Right out, who do you have to become to hit that goal. And I want you to think of the energy I want you to think of the beliefs the embodiment of this person, the future you that is doing these 25k consistent plus months, the first couple of times I did this, I did it completely wrong, like I was writing down, I need to become a morning person, I need to become a person that does everything time blocked, I need to become a person that networks, I was writing all of the things that I need to become in the doing sense, okay, instead of writing out, I need to become the person that believes I am worthy. That believes that 25k months is possible that believes I am a money magnet that believes I attract ideal clients, are you getting the difference here. One is focused on doing even though we're saying I need to be and one is focused on being the belief, the energy, the differences. In the first one, when I was getting it wrong, I was trying to change who I was, I was trying to change my weaknesses into strengths. I am not a natural morning person, I

am like so. So not a morning person. I am not a person that absolutely loves networking, you know, all of these things. I was focusing on my weaknesses and saying I need to change those weaknesses, and blaming those weaknesses, on why I wasn't hitting my goals, and focusing on those things to try to change them and bring them into my strength, which will never happen, the more you're focusing on your weaknesses, it's not going to bring them up to being strengths. And maybe it does, after so much hard work so much like pounding it in trying to get it right. Maybe it does, but is it going to be aligned. And during that time, you could have been focusing on your strengths, and really leaning into those strengths. And that's going to cause you to source so much more, so much faster, skyrocketing your business. When you focus on your strings. When you focus on what you enjoy. You step into your alignment, so you enjoy so much more, you're getting better results faster. And so when you're writing down, who do I need to become, in order to reach my goals? I don't want you to think about changing yourself. I don't want you to think about you know what parts of you do, you have to make better. I want you to think about what beliefs do you need to shift what energy needs to shift and still keeping intact you your essence who you are. I'm telling you when I got this, like when this clicked, it was game over for everyone like that is finally when I started to manifest more business, more income, and started to step into like that actual freedom of doing what I wanted. Because I was being me. And now my beliefs and my energy finally all aligned so that I wasn't fighting who I actually was. For me that whole becoming a morning person thing was so ingrained in me that I needed to become a morning person from you know, the time of being in school, till having my own job. I always felt like I couldn't have success. I couldn't have the wealth, the financial freedom or the freedom until I figured out how to be a morning person. And then when I flipped that and said what if being a morning person has absolutely nothing to do with my financial status with the freedom that I'm creating with a successful business. And turns out it didn't. It had nothing to do with my success. When I started to just accept who I was and Not, you know, make myself feel bad for whatever these quote unquote weaknesses that I had were. That is when I was finally able to have this access, I was able to hold it, I was able to receive it. So what are some things what are the quote unquote, weaknesses, or the things that are holding you back? That you think is the reason that you haven't reached those certain goals yet, or that you're not allowing yourself to reach those goals yet, what needs to happen in order to allow you to just be more you to be the most you to enjoy your life, your business.

And when you step into that, that is when you will see the success. And you'll see it in such an aligned way that you start to receive more and more of what you would desire, start attracting more of what you desire, because you are being you being not the doing, you are so much yourself, that it starts to just make sense, it starts to become a part of you, that you receive your desires. There's no longer this resistance of how you're hitting those goals. You start hitting those goals, because you are the person that hits those goals, like you're being that person that hits the goals, there's no resistance, there's total alignment, there's flow, and those ideal clients, those closings, those consistent closings, those 25k plus months, those 50k months, those 100k months happen because of who you are being like truly who you are being who you are. And this is why I think anyone that owns their own business or works on commission like we do, it's such a blessing. Because we get to focus on these types of things, we get to focus on who we are, who we are being who we are becoming, and constantly being put up against our limiting beliefs, and choosing to shift those. It's this continuous personal development, this continuous growth that we go through. And it is so beautiful, like we get to grow so much as commission earners. And if we allow it, we get to experience this ease of what happens when we grow of what happens when we let the ideal clients come in, let the closings let the money flow in with ease. And login. Not every agent. In fact, not very many agents end up doing this work. They end up just working so hard. I just the strategy and constantly going up river. If you didn't listen to making multi six figures in flow, go back and listen to that episode, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about. But there's so many agents that are just constantly constantly going up river. And meaning that resistance feeling like they have to constantly work harder in order to meet their goals. And that's why a lot of agents only reach a certain threshold like only reach a certain amount of business that they do per year because they just feel like I don't want to have to do more work. And this is just enough. Instead of allowing the process to expand them, allowing themselves to truly accept who they are and lean into those strengths. in anything you do. But especially in real estate, make sure that you know who you are surrounding yourself with and that you are consciously choosing them to be your people that you're surrounding yourself with. Not just like the people at the office, or the friends at the office, really make a conscious decision of who you are surrounding yourself with in the real estate industry. I'm sure you've heard that you are the sum of the five people that you surround yourself with. It also has to do with your income. Your income is probably the sum of the five agents that you are regularly hanging around. So notice what they are saying about the market, how they're responding to certain things, how they're responding to the market, how they're doing business, how they are doing their lead generating activities, how they're talking about money, how they're viewing money. This is so important to be aware of because it does influence you more than you know. I mean, I'm speaking from experience. I have had a lot I have great friends in the real estate industry. And in particular, like ones that I hung around quite a bit, and even kind of, you know, did our business activities together and things like that. And I noticed during those times, I came down to or, you know, I stayed at the level that they were at, like, I didn't allow myself to break through that level, when I stepped away, you know, in a totally respectful way, but just like, you know, just not hanging around them quite as often not doing quite as many things in business with them. And a big one for me was when I just literally stopped going to the office, like I had an office. And I noticed it wasn't helpful for me. So I got rid of my office, and just decided to work from home. And when I did that, it was helpful because I wasn't getting the influence of all of these other thoughts and beliefs around money around the market. And even around clients, which is interesting. And when I did that, I noticed a bump up in my business. And then I joined a mastermind, I joined a mastermind with people that were making way more money than me, people that were having the conversations about wealth, people that were having the conversations about becoming your best self stepping into your alignment, manifesting, like all of the things that I love and talk about now, when I joined a mastermind, where other people were having the same discussions, instead of all of those really negative based conversations that I was experiencing with my fellow agents or at the office. That is what transformed my business, surrounding myself with people that were talking about this big money, and they were talking about this big money with so much ease that I had never experienced before that I had never heard before. That totally transformed my mindset, it transformed my beliefs. And I'll tell you what else had transformed it transformed my bank account, massively. I paid $10,000, to be in this mastermind to surround myself with these people, and with this coach that was having these conversations. And it was scary at the time, like, okay, $10,000 for a few months, when I'm only at this time, making $20,000 a month. And it was the best investment like every single time I have ever made the investment in myself, it has tripled my business doubled or tripled, every single time I see the results from it, I see the benefits of surrounding myself with people that are having the conversations that I want to be having that are having the views and that are questioning their limiting beliefs and shifting those beliefs and planning, their strategy, their business strategy around things that align with them. It's just a totally different conversation from you know, what I was used to at the office that was basically, how much work can I get myself to do? Even if I don't like it, even if I you know, don't align with it. And I don't really agree with the methods. How can I do as much of that, put it in my schedule, and get business from it. And shifting the idea of how we are a part of our ideal clients, understanding that our ideal clients are manifesting us instead of thinking of money as this negative thing, seeing money as the resource that it is understanding the relationship between you and money. I mean, these are the conversations I absolutely live for. And they've changed my business so much. And that is why I'm holding space for these conversations for this growth to happen. In abundance agent. Abundant agent is not just another program, abundant agent is the experience for you to expand yourself around what it means for you to have success, what it means for you to build wealth. It's the space for you to create consistency in your business, consistency in your income, manifesting the money manifesting the lifestyle, and I am there to support you all the way through like having these deep conversations with you about the energy about the strategy about the belief. So whatever that number is to you whether it is a yearly number, your yearly volume number, a monthly number if it's the 25k or if it's 50k or 100k. Whatever that number is to you. We are going to create He ate a plan, the strategy, but also with that energy with that belief to get you there with more speed and more ease than you have ever thought possible.
