So in honor of abundant agent, the money vibes program, I wanted this episode today to be talking about the difference between an abundant agent versus an agent in scarcity. An agent stuck in scarcity is trading their time for money, meaning they think that they have to be working more working harder in order to make more money. They think that being busy is a sign of success. And honestly, that's one that the real estate industry gets really, really wrong. Very often we're mistaking that busyness for success, and busy does not pay your bills. Like I always say that busy does not pay your bills. And so being busy doesn't necessarily mean you're successful. An agent stuck in scarcity avoids their money, they are focusing too much on the lack. They just like avoid their money because they're afraid of what they may find. If they start to focus on it, if they look at it, and they believe they have to work harder and hustle to make more money to have more closings. They're envious of their competition like they're actually feeling negative towards their competition because they see every listing or every buyer every closing that this competition has or that this other person other agent in their office has as a negative thing that is taking business away from them. It's that scarcity mindset, feeling like I didn't get that listing they did. I'm not getting listings because they're getting all the listings. They're seeing business as limited instead of abundant. This is a big one, especially in the last couple of years. You've seen this and right now as we're going through a shift we hear this a lot. Agents second scarcity. They are the ones blaming the market for lack of business or blaming the market for what's going on in their business of why things are taking longer. Why it's harder to work with buyers are harder to To work with sellers. And look, if this is you, if these things are like triggering something inside of you, I don't want you to think like, oh, no, I'm an agent stuck in scarcity. But I want you to see the difference of these mindsets, and that these are mindsets that can change. And as we change the mindset, as we change the beliefs, we change the results, we change the outcomes for you. So it's not the markets fault, right? There are so many agents that have their best years ever, in the worst, quote, unquote, markets of all time. And also there are agents that have their terrible years in markets that are supposed to be the best of markets to be an agent and for people to buy and sell, right? The difference is that belief that the market predicts your business, the market predicts how you do your business, what success you're going to have in your business. And that is just not the case. A scarcity mindset agent is giving away their commission. And they are feeling like they have to give discounts. I am totally fine with giving discounts when it makes sense. But if you are feeling like you have to give discounts and that no one's going to work with you, and you're not going to win the listing or whatever it is, unless you give the discount. This is why money mindset is so important. And like this is the conversation that we need to be having for agents that feel this unworthiness of money, or unworthiness of winning all of these listings or winning all of these buyers, right? Feeling like no one wants to work with them. And less, they give a discount or feeling like you know, there are a new agent. And that's how you're going to get business. We want to transform that mindset. Another example of an agent stuck in scarcity follows what they think they should do, that they are supposed to do, that the real estate industry or their office, or their broker, or their mentor, is telling them that they should do instead of listening to their intuition of what is really aligned for them. And if that's something they even want to do, you already know, I'm talking about lead generating activities, but also just like working with clients that aren't a good fit, working with clients that are not ideal, that have no boundaries, or they are disrespectful. And the agent stuck in scarcity is thinking well, I have to work with them, I have to continue to work with them with these non ideal clients, because I don't have any other business. And so this is what I should do, I just have to stick it out. Instead of listening to their intuition, seeing the red flags, and letting them go. Now let's talk about the contrast and abundant agent. And abundant agent values, their time and their money. And they are not sacrificing their lifestyle for more money or for more closings. Like they know. They don't have to sacrifice their lifestyle in order to make the type of money and to hit the goals that they want to hit. an abundant agent knows that being busy is not the same as being productive or being successful. They know that they can delegate the things that are not in their zone of genius. So they're not feeling overwhelmed, and still having the same success or greater success. The abundant agent is not avoiding their money. They are nurturing the money. They know their money, like they're tracking their money spending time with their money. And they are grateful for all that they have. And they know that it's going to keep growing. And they believe that hard work is not required, not required. And so it's not like so they're not having to work harder in order to grow their business in order to scale their business. And abundant agent attracts money and clients with ease. Because again, they have worked on their beliefs so that they know that that hard work is not required that they can have ease they can have flow in their business. Abundant agents celebrate their competition. Like as they're seeing more people getting listings, more people getting these awesome closings, they are celebrating their competition because they know that that means it can happen for them as they see other agents in their office, getting the type of listings that they want to maybe it's the luxury listings. They're excited because they know that means they're one step closer to it. And business is unlimited. They know they are in control of their results, that they actually play a role. All in their results. And it's not having to do with whatever's going on in the market, right? an abundant agent thrives in any market. And they follow their intuition, and what they enjoy, because they know that is going to be the greatest return, as they went through this list, take note of what resonated with you, or what triggered you what felt like you could identify more with it. And if it was more things on the agent and scarcity side, what could you transform, like what needs to shift what needs to change, there's always growth that can happen, you're never stuck. So don't judge yourself, for where you are right now. Because you can always grow, things can always change. And it's just understanding, like the resistance to stepping into being that abundant agent version of yourself, be non resistant to your current situation. Meaning, don't be resentful of wherever you are currently. Because what you resist persists. Like, as you have that resistance, of wanting to change so much and like not liking where you are right now. Or like just desiring the growth, so much more. Let go of any resistance if there is any, and no interest that it's changing for the better right now, like you are on the path right now, for changing for the better, and change can happen so quickly. And with ease. It doesn't have to be this uncomfortable thing. It can happen quickly can happen with ease. When everything aligns. Even if you feel like things aren't really moving, things aren't really changing right now. Things are always in motion, things are always happening. And so I just want you to like keep that excitement in you of where you want to go, what that desire is. And by the way, this agent scarcity mindset can show up in any situation. Even if you are a multiple six figure business, if you are a high multiple six figure business, if you have high multiple six figures in your bank account or a million, like this scarcity mindset can show up in any situation. And very often as you start to make more money as you start to have that high income, different fears show up even more even faster. And if these like money fears, or these scarcity beliefs aren't addressed early on, or if they're not addressed at all, they hinder you in getting to the next level, or to the next level of ease or to the lifestyle that you're desiring, or holding that amount of money or that lifestyle. Because self sabotage very often happens. If we're not aware of these money, beliefs, and if these money beliefs are not shifted. Here's what happens when you do the money mindset work. When you shift those beliefs when you step into being the abundant agent version of yourself, you start to feel supported and secure more than ever before, so that you can truly enjoy your life

and your business. You start to have consistency in your business like that consistent growth, to scale your business. The ideal clients begin to show up and are attracted to you consistently, the dreams you've had the dreams and goals that you've written down, start to happen. Like they will show up in your life. Unexpectedly, like miraculously amazing. When you are an abundant agent, and you feel supported by your business, you feel supported by money, you finally get to step into this realm of like, extreme manifestation like manifesting your desires on hyperspeed you step into this trust with yourself this power that you know that you have for creating your life. It's no longer just about getting enough to get by. It's about the big dreams, the big goals. It's time to own your big dreams and start believing that they are possible for you and not possible for you and like 1015 Whatever years, not even five years, it's possible for you now to step into now and to start creating this year this month.
