Hello, hello, Queens, welcome back to another episode, I want to talk to those of you that feel like you were trying all the things, you're doing all of the things, and it doesn't seem like it's working. It doesn't seem like it's producing, you're not getting results, or you're not getting the results that you want. And it's crazy to you because you just feel so overwhelmed by the amount that you feel you are doing, by all the things you've tried, and all of the things you are currently trying and it's just not working. First of all, I want to say, I love you, and you're doing amazing, and you are doing the work. And I'm so proud of you for putting in the work, I'm so proud of you for continuing to be committed to your success, to be committed to real estate, because you could have easily stopped by now you could have easily quit gotten new job and just said, you know, whatever, I'm not going to do it again. And maybe you're at that point where you feel that you're like, I have to get another job. And I have been there. So I am just like sending you all the love sending you all of the encouragement. And I'm here to tell you on the other side of things, that it does get better, and it can get better, with so much ease and so much speed that you don't have to worry anymore. Here's the number one thing that I tried, I'm just gonna say, Okay, I did it. Number one thing that I did, that got my success, from all of the things that I tried, I went in an entire year, plus, trying to do all of the things even when I was on the team, I was trying to do all of the things. But at least I was still getting business from the team. But I was still trying all of these different things in order to figure out how to get business figure out how to get leads. And then when I left the team, when I got off the team, it was just me. And then I was really, really, really trying everything trying every single little method, I was listening to so many podcasts that had top agents on them, and said what they did, and I tried to follow those things. And it didn't work. And I would try something else. And it didn't work and I try something else. And I was getting so frustrated, I was getting so burned out, because it was trying all of those things. And then here's what I did. It's simple. And I know it's overlooked.

And you've probably thought about it before the leg, please don't overlook this because this is key to your success. I stuck with one thing, I focused on one thing. But I didn't focus on just anything. I didn't focus on any activity. I focused on what felt aligned to me. What I actually felt that I could keep up in my business, what would be sustainable for me. And this is how money making activities were born. Because I realized I was doing all of these things. And I was paying money for a bunch of lead things as well. When I was not making money, mind you, not a good idea. And I wasn't getting business. But because I was thinking about these other things so much. And I was taking so much time to learn how to do them. That's my personality is like I research and research and research and, like formulate a big plan. And then by the time I go to execute the plan, I'm so sick of it already. Because I just took so much time in like the ramp up phase instead of just going for it. So in my head. I'm thinking I'm doing all of this In my head, I'm thinking, I'm actually doing the work, I'm trying all of the things, I 100% thought I was taking action. And I 100% was not taking action, by learning all of these things, and researching them and writing about it and, you know, planning it out, that, unfortunately, is not action, it's when you're actually doing the thing, it's when you are actually executing it, implementing it, and doing it on a consistent basis, not just like, I'm gonna try a little bit of this, and see if it works. And if it doesn't, I'm just gonna write it off and say it doesn't work. But this is why the money making activities, choosing the right thing is so important. Because if you are going to commit to one money making activity, if you're going to focus on one way that you're going to get business and like really go all in, don't choose something that you're not going to like, don't choose something that's not aligned to who you are, what you like your values. Because if you're choosing something that doesn't align with you, that in itself is going to give you so much resistance to do it. And it's not going to have that open channel of clients flowing in because it doesn't align with you. So for money making activities, you want to choose something that is going to align with you something you actually will enjoy. And you know that you can keep it up consistently. So money making activities are deciding what do you like to do? What are you good at focusing on your strengths? And how can you put those all together in a way to get business, it doesn't have to be all of the things because obviously, there's lots that you like, and there's lots of ways to get business and lots of things that you're good at. But choosing a few things that you can focus on. Start with one thing that you're gonna go all in on, maybe it's one area, maybe you're gonna go all in on social media, but then freaking go all in. Okay, maybe you're gonna go all in on working with your sphere. And just like loving on them, being generous to them. Maybe you're gonna go all in on networking.

All of these things are amazing. Choose which ones are going to be most aligned to you, you know what your strengths are? You know, what would absolutely get you results? If you went all in, you know this, ask yourself this question. If I knew that, if I did this, if I went all in that I would get business, what would I want to be doing? What would I want to be focusing on? And that is your answer. That's your answer. Know that whatever it is you want to do whatever it is you want to focus on. It is the thing. If you've listened to enough podcasts, and you've listened to enough, like top producers talking about what their thing is, and the way that they're getting business, there are endless ways to get business. There's so many and that's why it's so frustrating. For us when we're in that struggle area. It's so frustrating to figure out, well, how do I know which is the best? How do I know what to do? Because there's so many ways and I'm trying all of these things, but none of them actually seem to work. It's because you haven't found what works for you yet, or you haven't been focusing maybe you have found it but you haven't been focusing on it, you haven't been going all in, because you're so burned from the fact that you feel like you've tried everything. You're so burned out from thinking I've done all these things. And now, I don't even want to try anymore, because I know it's not gonna work. I might have fast trying it. Because just in case it's gonna work, but you're not going all in with the passion and the knowing that it will work for you. Now let's tie manifestation into this. Manifestation is the same way. People that are just starting manifestation or even if they're getting in getting back into it. They tend to think, Oh, I know everything and this isn't going to work for me or I've tried all of these different techniques that people have said, and this isn't going to work for me. It doesn't work for mean, like, for some reason, they are the special ones out, like, in the bad way, you know, like they've got all of these excuses. And you're not special, you know, I mean, like you are super, super special. But it's all of these things, these all of these excuses that are stopping you from the life that you want. It's like, are you going to hold on to these excuses, harder than the belief that you can do it the belief that your dream life is just around the corner? If you hold on to the belief, to the knowing, and go all in? So are you going to hold on to the excuse that you're the special one out where the universal laws aren't working for you, even though there's all of this proof that they work for everyone? Or are you going to hold on to that belief, it's kind of like, if you're going on a fitness journey, and you're trying these different diets, you're trying these different workouts, and you're just like, yep, actually, nothing works for me, even though it's just like, you know, one day you're trying this thing one day, you're trying this thing. And then you're just like, it's it didn't work, it didn't work after a day, it didn't work after a week. The reason it's not working is because you're not going all in. So decide today, that you're going all in, you're ready, you're ready for that dream life, you're ready for those ideal clients to come in, you're ready for the success, you're ready for the money to come into your bank account, you're ready today, you have the belief you're holding the belief you're holding the knowing today. Now when you're deciding your money making activity that you're going to go all in on and that you're going to focus on and that you're gonna miss a day consistent on, we're choosing one thing, because that will help you be focused, that will help you be consistent. And that will make it really sustainable for you. If you are coming from trying to do 10 million things at once, this is going to feel so crazy, this is going to feel strange. And it's going to feel really scary if you're dropping a bunch of things that you're currently doing.

But here's what I have to say to you. If none of those things are working, drop them because it's the same thing. It's only that you are putting effort into something that's not working, it's not giving you results. So it'll be the same. By dropping it, you're still not going to get the result from it. Yeah. But at least you're not having to put effort towards whatever it is that you're doing. If there are some things in your business right now, like if you're not super struggling, but you'd like to see more success, you'd like to see more results in your business, find what's working, really look at what the ROI is the return on investment for what you're doing timewise money wise, and keep the things that are working. Try to automate them as much as possible. And then choose one thing you're gonna go all in on. If there's nothing that's working scrap at all, and choose one thing, yes, eventually, you can add a couple of other things, I still recommend only having three main things that you're focusing on. Three, that's it. Because you don't want to have to be spread super thin, it doesn't matter. If you're doing all of the things if you're not doing them well, with the one money making activity that you're going to choose to focus on. Make sure that it is also aligning with whatever your goals are. So what is your goal for the business? Is your goal just an income level? Is it a certain freedom level? What is your main goal for business? I mean, that can tie with your life to like give your goal for business is to make a lot of money, but have freedom to be able to do whatever you want. Make sure that you are tying your money making activity to something that is conducive for that. So for me, I knew that I wanted to create a referral based business. I had heard about the dream of a referral based business. I had heard how easy it was to convert referrals, meaning you're getting a referral. For every three referrals, you're gonna get two leads or two closings, and that conversion rate is like amazing. So I wanted to have that referral based business where business was coming to me and I wasn't having to constantly seek it out. Because that is very much not My forte, so I wanted people coming to me because I knew that once people were in my world, once people were in my energy and in my service, that they would love me, and I would treat them like gold. And I could get more and more business, I had also heard how long that it takes to build a referral based business. In the industry, most people talk about building referral based business as a long term strategy, which yes, it is a long term strategy. But as like, this is something that won't start until your year five year seven year 10. Plus in the business, like you may start getting some referrals, year five and seven, and then maybe around year 10, that you can actually start building your business on it. But here I was, I was in like year three and a half, year four. And my desire was to build a fully referral based business where I was relying on referrals for my business, and not doing anything else to get cold leads. So if I had listened to just the real estate industry, and just these real estate gurus, and just the numbers for statistics, that say, it's almost impossible for you to have a fully referral based business by year five, then I probably wouldn't have even tried to do this, or I wouldn't have tried to make it my main thing is becoming a referral based business, I would have started to try to focus on bringing in other cold new leads, because that's what they tell you to do. But because I have my manifestation background, and because I wanted that so badly, and I desired that, I just decided to choose that as what I wanted to go all in on, because I could fully get behind the goal, I could fully get behind wanting to have that referral based business, not in the future. But right now feeling into what would that do for me,

that would get me more connected to my people that would allow me to travel and to work less and to actually enjoy what I'm doing. If I had this referral based business, and I was able to get fully behind the money making activity, or activities, that had to do with getting a referral based business. And by the way, never once did I call text or message, my people my sphere, and ask for referrals. Because that didn't align with me at all that is super cringe. And I just didn't feel I didn't feel like that's something that I wanted to do. So I did all of the activities that aligned with me my money making activities, what I enjoyed, what I was good at what my strength was, and how to get business. These are all examples just for my own life. So a referral based business may not be for you. Maybe you totally love social media, and you want to focus on social media, you want to focus on organic growth, which a lot of people are still saying in the industry that that just doesn't exist. And I think you know, of course that exists. Whatever you are desiring whatever way you're desiring to get business exists. And it can happen for you. And that is where the manifestation piece comes in the belief piece comes in, because that is what you can create. And you can create it with ease, and you can create it with speed. I went in an entire year with basically no business, trying all of these things feeling so burned out, trying to do all of the things. And the moment, I decided to focus on what aligned with me my money making activities is the moment that everything clicked. And that year, I made my first six figures and I traveled the world. I had so much fun. I worked way less than I had ever done before. And this is the reason. One of the things that helped me the most during this process was having a coach having a coach to keep me accountable, but also to just keep me in the belief zone. And that's why now I'm so grateful for what I do. I'm so grateful that I get to be that coach for you. I get to be that cheerleader for you and that person that tells you whatever you are desiring is possible and let's freakin do it. Like let's do it this month.
