Hey, Queens, welcome back. Okay, first, I just wanted to say that I got so much love and so many of you reaching out from last episode all about follow up and how you don't have to follow up if you don't want to. And when you shouldn't follow up, and just taking off the pressure of like, you're gonna lose a client, if you're not following up, because those clients are going to seek you out if they are an ideal client, and just having that trust in your clients. So I loved it. I love when you reach out and say that the episode resonated with you. And that's what you needed. And if you haven't listened to that episode, go back and listen to episode 27 on when you should and shouldn't follow up. And going off of kind of a similar topic of don't do what you don't enjoy. Seriously, I talk about this all of the time. And I think a lot of people, especially if you are in an earlier part of your business, or if you are doing 100% everything yourself. It's easy for me to say like, you know, it seems that it's easy for me to say, because I have had that success. But even before I had the success and real estate in my business, I stopped doing what I didn't enjoy. Like the things I wasn't good at the things I didn't like, I stopped doing those things, which is a very weird, counterintuitive, in a way for this society anyways, thing to do, especially in real estate, it's like, well, you have to do lead generating, or you have to do paperwork, and you have to do, you know, there's all these things that maybe you don't love, you don't enjoy, but you feel like, well, it's just part of the territory. And it's what I have to do in my business. And I just, I always talk about this with every client, because everyone has some level of what they feel needs to be done in order to keep their business running or to get success. And it's so important, because the minute that you let go of doing the things that you have to do or that you think you have to do, and you hate it, if you let go of those things that you hate, you're creating space for more things that you do enjoy for more things that you love for attracting those ideal clients, for attracting those scenarios, every single day, that are joy and freedom and alignment. Something I find so interesting is that my highest downloaded episode from this podcast is about finding more joy in your real estate business. And that is just so interesting to me. Because that tells me that there's a lot of people that are missing the joy in their real estate career. And I want to help you find that, again, I want to help you create that in your business now. And a huge part of that is just removing those things that you don't enjoy. So if you put a lot of pressure on yourself and you hate doing follow up, or you are, let's say you just happen not to do it, right, just like lead gen, it's not sustainable. And if you tend to fall away from doing those things, and then you end up putting this like blame on yourself or guilt or whatever. Taking that pressure off and finding a new way finding a way that aligns with you so that you can have that join your business. Because that's so key one for sustainability, but also for your overall success in all areas of your life. Not just business but really the joy that you're getting. From your business is going to affect your health, it's going to affect your relationships, it's going to affect your financial status. I mean, every single area of your life is impacted by that. So why wouldn't you take the steps to reduce the things that are causing you that stress and causing you to have that pressure or those negative feelings. And especially being stuck in an area where you're not you feeling like it's not your strength, you always want to position yourself, where you feel that you are doing what you are good at, where you feel like the expert, you feel like you love it. So the things that you don't enjoy the things that you don't feel, that are your strengths, find a way to delegate those, find a way to outsource those. Sometimes, it just means deleting them all together, and coming up with a way that you do feel good at, or at least it makes it easier. So one way that I was able to do this in my business is creating systems of things that I found I was doing over and over and over again, and not enjoying. And if it wasn't something that I could delegate, or that I could outsource, then I had a system in place. So that at least it made it really easy. So I was able to create a system for my lead gen that felt really aligned, I was able to create a system. For my follow up that felt really aligned, I was able to create a system for my seller and buyer processes. And I am not naturally a systems processes, like actually, I will tell you for real, when I hear those words, I don't get excited. I'm like, that sounds so boring.

That's just like my natural personality, I'm not naturally super organized. So having those systems and processes took some work to get them put together. But then once you have them in place, it is so much better. Because then the systems are working for you. So they're already in play. And all you have to do is maybe execute a few steps to get them into play, whether that be in your lead generation or in your client processes or in your money. And with those systems, it takes so much pressure off of you. So these systems are going to be running, even when you're not doing them even when you're not actively in whatever it is that system is for. So even if you're like me, and systems don't come supernaturally and they don't feel super sexy. Just know that once you have those systems in place, even though it may take a little bit of time, getting them to work and figuring out what works best. It will be such a game changer for your business. Because that is what brings you freedom that will bring you so much freedom is having those things in place. So that you don't have to force yourself to do these things that you don't enjoy on a daily, weekly monthly basis. I talk a lot about having systems for your lead gen especially. Because even if you're doing those things that you enjoy those money making activities that do align with you, it can be difficult to be doing them all the time just because sometimes things do get really busy in your business or in your life. And you may not be able to always have the perfect lead gen schedule. So having a system in place, making sure that all of the things that need to get done are getting done are so huge, because we know that leads are basically the lifeblood of the business. Right. They are essential to our business. And we need to have those leads coming in at all times. Now Tara from realtor society, and I talk about this a lot, a lot a lot.
