Hey, Queens, what is up, welcome to another episode of commission queen, the manifesting in real estate Podcast. Today, I want to talk about something that gets misconstrued very often. And that is actively manifesting. So many people think that you have to actively be manifesting, in order to manifest and what I mean by that is, like these activities that we're doing to manifest, so that could be affirmations that could be journaling, that could be visualization, all of these things that we talk about in manifesting to manifest. So the question is, do you need to be doing these things in order to manifest your desires? And the answer is, yes, and no. Let me get into that. So the Yes, part of why they are required to manifest your desires, getting clear on what you want, what you accept, what's the standard for you what your beliefs are, those things are required for you to manifest your desires, and creating that life that you want that lifestyle that you want, the money that you want to earn, getting really clear on what that is, and shifting beliefs to be beliefs that serve you and support the things that you want. That is absolutely required for manifesting and creating that life that you desire. Now, the way that we do that, is through all of those additional activities, like affirmations, journaling, all of the things that we talk about for manifesting, we switch our beliefs and our evidence for what can be possible for us by continually doing those things. Because the subconscious mind doesn't know the difference between what is real, what is currently happening, and the thoughts that you are creating, because it doesn't know the difference, you start to become that person. So as you're writing as you're visualizing, and stepping into the person that you want to be your subconscious is seeing you as already that person, so you're like molding into that person. And while you're doing this, you are entering that frequency of which you want to attract, you're getting on the same frequency of the life, you're wanting to attract a huge reason why we do the manifesting activities that we do. And the manifesting activities that I will tell clients to do is to get you into the frequency of enjoyment, get you into the frequency of loving and excitement for your life. That same frequency helps you attract more of that more of loving the life that you're in and creating. So yes, these manifesting activities are important in your manifestation journey to manifesting more of your desires. However, don't think of it as you think of lead generating, thinking like, Okay, I have to constantly be doing this in order to get the result, you know, that thinking of I have to constantly lead generate, and when I'm not lead generating, I'm not going to be getting business the same way that I don't believe that is true. I don't believe that you have to constantly be staying in your manifestation activities in order to manifest your desires. The reason these things are important, the consistency is important, especially in the beginning, is to start to rewire your thoughts around the given subject of what you are desiring. So if it's more money, if it's clients, if it's a lifestyle, you know how many hours you're working, and you start to think about okay, I'd really love to make six figures and work 10 hours a week. But right now you're working 40 hours a week, and you're making 40,000 a year. Thinking about those seems like a huge jump. And it seems impossible, right? You there's some sort of belief that's holding you at this 40 Hour Workweek, while working, or while making 40,000 a year, there's some sort of belief there. And it's several beliefs often, that's holding you at that point that's making that your financial setpoint. So in order to shift that, in order to step into the woman that works 10 hours a week and makes six figures a year, you're going to be creating a entire persona, like an entirely new thought process, entirely new mindset. And the way that we do that is through these manifestation exercises, like saying your affirmations or writing or affirmations or journaling about what that future looks like, or visualizing, or getting into the mindset with music. This is the way that we rewire those thoughts. And that helps you raise that frequency to become the person that attracts and receives six figures a year with 10 hours of work or less per week, it's important to note that these things should not feel like work to you, they should not feel like lead generating, like you just have to get it done in order to get the result. By doing these things, you should enjoy them. Totally love doing them. When you do them, it lights you up. If it doesn't, there's something wrong. If it doesn't, there's something like, Okay, you either need to shift the type of activities you're doing, shift the belief that you're wanting to step into the desires that you're wanting, something might be a little bit off. And sometimes all you have to do is take a break from those things, if you're like not into it, and it feels like kind of a chore to do these manifestation exercises. Try something else. And try a different desire, try a different belief on and see what feels good, see what feels exciting, what lights you up. And what makes you feel that energy get into the frequency of that desire. Very often, if you're feeling this chore like feeling that it is a chore to do these manifestation exercises, very often, it's just the desire that you're saying you want is not really the desire, there's a different desire that you want deep down, that maybe you are not letting out that you're not accepting as the true desire. Maybe you're putting the desire as something that you think you should want, or that you possibly should need. But there's really a different desire. So play around with what the desire is play around with, possibly the belief that you're looking to take on. So often, if you're saying, you know, I am making six figures a year and working 10 hours or less each week, if that feels like Whoa, that is not possible at all. But that sounds really exciting, then just switch the belief a little bit. You can say I am in the process of making six figures and working 10 hours or less each week. So you're taking little bite sized pieces basically. And saying I'm in the process of I am learning to I am becoming these things will help you step into a realm that feels bigger than where you are right now. You want to feel that excitement when you're doing these things. And also you can take a break, you can take a massive break and still receive your desires.

They are not required for you manifesting your desires. And honestly, sometimes the greatest manifestations that you have come naturally, because there is a very big power in having that detachment and having the detachment of not worrying that it's coming or when is it going to come? What's the timing? Having that detachment of first getting really clear, right? I said that is the one thing that is definitely needed, getting clear on what you desire, what the outcome is that you're desiring and then stepping away from it saying I know this is going to happen. The reason we like those activities is to get us into the frequency get us excited about it. Get us into the mindset that yes, we are able to receive If that and that we are worthy to receive that desire, sometimes something that we may want, even if we want it so badly, if it is so far away from where we feel we are at or what we feel we deserve at the time, we will completely miss the opportunity, or will push it away, or it's hard to receive in some ways, so maybe we receive it, and we lose it right away. So part of these activities are about becoming the person that can receive it, and enjoy it.

And it's all about the journey, right, just being in the moment right now. And saying, I love my life right now, I am so excited about my life right now. And in the future, when I get these desires, it's going to be that much better. And I'm so excited about my current reality. It's feeling as if you don't need those desires, but your life would feel amazing if you got them. Along the same lines, people talk about how you have to be high vibe all the time, and you have to be high vibe in order to receive your desires into manifest. That is also not true at all. It's totally okay to experience the entire range of human emotions, right? Things happen in our lives, that can be devastating, that can be traumatic, and even just day to day, even if nothing has gone wrong. You can just wake up sometimes and feel different, like maybe the sun isn't out that day. And you're just feeling low vibe, okay, let's call it, this is not going to, like mess up your manifestations. It's totally fine to feel those ways. Is it important to be in the frequency? Yes, that doesn't necessarily mean being high vibe, all of the time, being in the frequency is having the certainty that that which you desire is for you, and is coming for you and your life is moving in the direction that you are creating and that you have a part in that. Now being high vibe, having that positive outlook is amazing. And yes, we want to create our thoughts in a way that create our life, right? We want to have a positive outlook, we want to have constant gratitude for where we're at. We want to have constant love and excitement for the situations in our life. That doesn't mean it has to happen 100% of the time and if not, then you are going to be a bad manifester. Not at all. Again, don't treat manifestation like you do lead generating or like the real estate industry treats lead generating, just because you're not doing something constantly, every single day being perfect at it, it doesn't mean that you're not going to get the result. You are still going to get the result. I hope some of you are listening to this episode and like sighing of relief. Like, oh, okay, great, like a weight has been lifted. I thought I had to do all of these things in order to manifest my desires. Otherwise, I'm a bad manifester. No, no, no, no, no, the manifestation process should be a process of joy. It should be like, Okay, I want to do this thing. I want to create this thing. I want to receive this thing. And how can I get there? What would feel really good in the process of getting there? And if thoughts lead to feelings, which lead to actions which lead to results? How can I shift my thoughts in order to change those feelings, change my actions and change the result that I receive. And as you do these things consistently as you choose what you're wanting to manifest, and you figure out what beliefs are going to serve you and support you in creating that life. As you do this consistently, you will gain that certainty, which brings you to the frequency that will attract your desires. And so here's what happens as you get to this point of certainty, and belief and having those beliefs that support what you are wanting to manifest. When you get to that certainty. Suddenly, things start to manifest on autopilot. Right, just like as you get to this point of lead generating, where you create a system that gives you passive leads. I talked about this back in a different episode. Look for the one that says, automating your lead generating. But once you get to this certain point, just like in lead generating, when I talk about getting passive leads, you create a system that puts your lead generating on autopilot, so that you no longer have to lead generate every single day in order to get a result. It is the same with this manifestation process, you'll reach a point of certainty, where you will have the belief you'll have the certainty that you are an agent that makes six figures or more working 10 hours or less each week, you become that. And that just happens automatically. It's no longer something that you have to journal on, it's no longer something you have to visualize, it becomes you it becomes your standard. And so you don't have to do anything in order to finally hit that goal or that desire that you had before. It is now a standard. And that is manifesting for you. How exciting is that? Yes, like that you you come to this point, that is a tipping point of finally, everything is flowing, everything is aligning, and the thing that you desired is automatically coming to you without you having to put any effort in. It's because you were consistent in creating those thoughts, getting really clear, creating that belief and stepping into the person that does or receives that thing. This has happened to me so many times that all of a sudden, I realized, okay, I once had this desire, I wrote it down, I got clear about it. And then I started to visualize it. And I started to get excited about it. And I started to dive into manifesting this desire. And all of a sudden, it came true. And it just kept happening, it kept happening. And there was no work that I had to put in at all, it was so easy, it was so effortless. These things for me look like working with only my ideal clients, being 100% referral based, making multiple, six figures a year, working 10 hours or less, on average each week, traveling 12 plus times a year, my belief that the more I travel, the more money I make. So every time I'm on a trip or going to travel, all of a sudden, I started to receive a lot of business. These things are on autopilot for me because it's who I've become, it's become the standard for me. So in the same way you can create what is the standard for you? And if you're feeling like okay, I'm not there yet, then yeah, do your manifestation activities when they feel right, and make sure that they feel right. So either switch the activity, switch the belief that you're saying or the affirmation that you're saying, or switch the desire, and choose what lights you up. And if you take a break from these manifestation activities, if you you know, life gets busy, whatever. It doesn't matter, like know that there's no judgment, there's no like having to feel guilty and like should have done these things. There's no being good or being bad at manifesting, manifesting just is, it's just manifesting. And so it's choosing what you want to manifest. So if you're feeling like Okay, I am bad at manifesting, Get really clear at what your true desire is, and follow that and follow the joy because the joy will lead you to it. The joy may even change what you thought the desire was, but the joy will lead you to more joy. If a client is feeling super burnt out. And they have have had a bunch of you know, family stuff and they are working like crazy. And they're not getting the results that they're wanting. I will often say okay, when's the last time you have done something just for you, like not forcing yourself to do something. The truly just doing something that you enjoyed, like a bubble bath. Often, baths are like the most magical place to manifest because it's just a quiet time, to be you to be with your thoughts to be with your dreams to be with what you want for your future and figure out what's important to you. Having that space for quiet Ness brings clarity on what's really important and what you truly desire. And these manifestation activities very often have to do with just taking time for yourself and getting back to what matters to you getting back to what it is you truly desire. When busyness or stress comes up, we go back to that default thinking we go back to those old habits of just thinking negatively or thinking like, you know, you forget that you actually create your reality happens to me too, like, I get super busy and super stressed. And I get so into my stuff that I completely forget, oh, my gosh, I have this amazing power to manifest whatever I want. So why am I just like focused on the problem? Instead? Why am I not focused on okay, what do I actually want right now, let's be real, I totally know that in real estate, there are little fires, as we call them little problems that pop up randomly everywhere, or things that are not even problems, but things that may seem urgent at the time. So the lender is calling to ask about blah, or title or your client or the seller. You know, there's so many people that are constantly coming to you with things that they think are urgent, that are these little problems. And we get in to that we get so focused on those things, we forget that our thoughts have the power to create our desires to create huge, incredible, lovely, delightful things. And that's why those activities can be important in your daily life, having some sort of routine, something in your daily routine that reminds you of your power reminds you of the magic that you have inside of you to create the life that you want. Something I've been doing as part of my daily routine for the last year, two years almost, is having a daily journaling practice, even just something as small as having set things that you journal every single day. And oh my gosh, I totally miss several days, sometimes I will miss weeks. But it's something that I can come back to. And it's something easy to do, it's easy to get back into. And I love it too, because I'm able to look back and see what I was doing. When I was really in flow when I was feeling super aligned. And all of the things were happening for me. So I can look back at those times. And just it gives me things to focus on to it sets my mind in what do I want to focus on? Because part of the daily things are like, okay, what are things that you're grateful for?

So I love having that little practice added in and you don't have to do anything else. It's just having that to get you into the mindset of Oh, yeah, you create your life.
